支付宝紧急道歉，年度账单隐藏风险？

昨日，支付宝发布了年度账单，很快引起朋友圈疯狂刷屏。

1月3日下午，知名律师、北京市岳成律师事务所高级合伙人岳屾山发文指出，账单首页一行特别小的字“我同意《芝麻服务协议》”存在风险。

如果你没注意到，就会直接同意协议，允许支付宝收集你的信息，包括在第三方保存的信息。“‘芝麻’信用不给用户了解条款的机会，直接让默认同意.。

If customers ignored the agreement, it was same with agreeing to collect their information. The option was “implied consent.”

对此，1月2日晚间23点34分，芝麻信用发布说明，回应了支付宝年度账单隐私风险：“初衷没错，但方式愚蠢至极。”12点07分，支付宝转发芝麻信用微博称，“也不知道该说什么，一起承担”。

Zhima Credit replied to the doubt, “We did it in the wrong way , but we didn’t want to violate customer’s right”. In the meantime, Alipay forwarded this microblog. ”We will undertake the responsibility with Zhima Credit”

腾讯拿下基金销售牌照，进军互联网金融行业

继旗下保险代理公司获获得批准后，腾讯再度拿下了关键的第三方基金销售牌照。

2018年1月2日，深圳证监会正式称批准腾安信息科技（深圳）有限公司获得证券投资基金销售业务资格。

允许该公司更名为腾安基金销售（深圳）有限公司，在公司经营范围中增加“基金销售”业务。这意味着，腾讯已陆续完成支付、理财、保险、基金等方面的金融布局。

It meant that Tencent had completed its financial layout. Including payment, financial management, insurance, fund and so on.

   近日，据多家巴西媒体报道，滴滴出行将收购巴西最大打车应用“99公司”，

According to several Brazilian media, Didi Chuxing will purchase the biggest ride-hailing company in Brazil.

针对报道，99公司并未给出明确回答，但表示后续可能会给出更多消息。

“99” didn’t give a clear response. But expressed it may come ture in the future.

Verizon announced the cooperation with Samsung: The 5g is on the way

来自国外媒体的消息。1月4日，美国运营商Verizon表示，将和三星合作，今年下半年在加州推出商用5G网络。

According to the foreign media, Verizon announced the cooperation with Samsung, and will launch the commercial 5G soon.

网络服务将首先于2018下半年在加州萨克拉门托推出，再推往其他美国地区。

The network service will be launched in Sacramento, then spreading to new areas.

相比4G网络，5G网络的速度预计快10倍，最多到100倍，下载峰值接近10GB/秒。

Comparing with 4G, the 5G network was expected over ten times faster. It’s Download peak approximated 10GB/s.
