据媒体报道，小米已于今年1月19日召开了上市启动会，拟估值2000亿美元左右。

According to the paper’s sources, Xiaomi has held its kick-off meeting about IPO on January 19. The company is targeting a valuation of USD 200 billion.

这个市值将帮助小米超过百度（870亿美元），中国互联网三极也会由从BAT变成ATM。

Such a move, however, would change the leaderboard of Chinese Internet company.

阿里巴巴集团1.5亿美元投资印度版“大众点评”Zomato
Alibaba invests $150 million in India's Zomato

据路透报道，阿里巴巴以超过10亿美元的估值，向印度版“大众点评”Zomato投资了1.5亿美元。

Reuters reported ，Alibaba Group Holding Ltd has invested $150 million in Zomato.

作为交易的一部分，蚂蚁金服也收购了Zomato价值5000万美元的股份，目前该交易已经完成。

It will buy $50 million worth of shares in secondary purchases as part of the transaction.

Zomato目前在24个国家提供服务，该公司表示将会使用所获得的资金改善他们的产品和技术。

Zomato, which provides services across 24 countries, said it will use the funds to improve products and technology.

According to the media, 360 Mobile Phones and Smartisan Technology is going to discuss the merger, but the detailed information was not disclosed.

针对锤子科技与360手机谈合并的消息，锤子科技CEO罗永浩在微博回应称，“别瞎猜”，同时他表示有几个重大好消息目前还不能公布。

In response to the rumour, the CEO of Smartisan, Luo yonghao, responded by saying, "don't guess" ， and he said there were "some great news" that could not be released soon.
